2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Sealed products (e.g., booster boxes, packs) must be unopened

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


5. Exchanges
